Tom Ucko is a seasoned executive coach
and organizational consultant with a

Working with Consultants: A Guide for Clients, offers practical tips for getting
the best from consultants. His articles have appeared in a variety of business
and professional publications, including the 2005, 2006 and 2007 Pfeiffer
Tom is also Principal at Ucko Affiliates. Previously, he was Manager,
Organizational Consulting with Laventhol and Horwath, an international
accounting and consulting firm and held senior positions with Fortune 500
corporations. He earned an MBA in Management from Fordham University
and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University where he has
completed substantial coursework toward a Ph.D. His clients say that Tom:
